Intermediate Level Class Description

As this point your own creativity will be challenged. New never before seen shine steps and partnerwork will make sure that you are standing out on the dance floor. The truth is that with the other two levels you will already stick out however the intermediate level classes are designed to push you far out of your own box and element that may make you cry sometimes. Im just kidding. You will begin to get a feel for techniques and advanced level fundamentals that will allow leaders to lead intricate patterns with ease and followers to follow almost anything. A leader may throw at you. The class is taught er and higher level however it will still be geared towards who is in the class at most times. This means if will cater the class based on the level when it comes to the teaching of intermediate steps. The intermediate classes are currently drop in only classes and they begin at 9:00 pm Thursday nights and ending at 11:00 pm. Discount 6 week mambo passes will be available as people grow more as dancers.  Classes beginFebruary 21st 2019. Drop in cost is $20.

CV/BIO

Raised in USA by both his grandmother and mother, Juan typically grew up playing basketball and being too shy to dance almost his whole life. Juan played varsity basketball in high school and this led him to play in college where his only goal was to play professionally. Juan states his greatest achievement to date is being thew first college graduate in his family. Besides, playing basketball Juan has always done a lot of writing and currently still writes poetry and other forms of writing usually about things like love, leadership, motivation, and personal development. Juan only began teaching three months after beginning dancing just in 2015. Over the last three years Juan has shaped himself into one of the nations top NY Style Salsa dancers and to dance has become the main focal point of his life. He co-directed Son Clave Dance Company and now has his own dance company called Boston Mambo Movement. From teaching all over New England in while co directing a team in 2016, then directing and founding Boston Mambo Movement in 2017, to performing and teaching all over the nation in 2018, Juan is sure to bring you the best out of you in 2019!!
