About the Instructor
Earning a M.F.A. from the Boston Conservatory, Ivan Korn has been a professional dancer/choreographer and musician/composer for over 15 years. Ivan has played with various rock and jazz bands in the Boston area and has recently performed at venues such as the pre-game show for the Superbowl and most recently as part of a dance/music collaboration at the 2016 Outside the Box Festival. Stylistically he has spanned genres which include classical, jazz, and rock playing anything from Pink Floyd to Herbie Hancock. Ivan has taught music for the past 15 years ages ranging from 4 years old to 16 years old. Instruments include: piano, bass, guitar, drums, and keyboard/piano.
