At just $5/month or $55/year Membership space rental pricing is as follows:

$17/hr Non-prime REHEARSAL
$20/hr. Prime REHEARSAL
$25/hr. PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOT / PRIVATE LESSON
$35/hr. CLASS (ongoing)
$40/hr. WORKSHOP/POP-UP CLASS
$250 for PERFORMANCES/EVENTS (5 hour block)

Regular rates are as follows:
