WELCOME PACKET

We look forward in taking a fun and creative journey with you this summer!

Open House, June 23 10am-12pm

Join us at our Open House on Friday and take some great mini workshops from our program teachers.  Over the course of the 2 hours we will build a puppet theatre together with Katya, Marios, Andria, and John through visual art, shadow puppetry, music, and movement.

Learn about what you will do during the summer, meet the staff and teachers, meet fellow students, and register for 1 workshop or the entire session.

Session 1: July 3-7 + July 10-14
Session 2: July 17-21 + July 24-28

Drop off: Monday through Friday 9:00am
Pickup: Monday through Friday 3:00pm*

* On Fridays we will aim to put all of what we did throughout the week together into something we can show at 2pm.  Parents, caregivers, siblings, friends are invited to come and learn what we have been doing at this time.  It’s a great way to wrap up the week and put all what we have learned and explored into action.  We welcome you to join us.

What to bring to the program

Please be sure to bring a water bottle, a bagged lunch, and 2 snacks for the day.  When we go on our excursions we may request for you to bring extra clothing or a bathing suit as needed.  We will let you know at the beginning of the week what you will need for the rest of the week.  If you would like to bring a ‘quiet time’ activity with you, you are more than welcome (i.e. a book, a personal art project, a small toy, etc.)

What not to bring

Please do not bring electronics with you to the program.  We will have plenty to keep you engaged.  For quiet times we will have books, art supplies, Legos, and small toys for your enjoyment.

Please let our staff know if your child has any concerns at the start of the day.  We will do a check in at morning meeting time, but please help us bring awareness to any concerns that your child may have.
